Hand2Hand partners with local schools to provide food for students who do not have enough to eat over the weekend.

But Hand2Hand is about more than food.

It is an opportunity to serve students, encourage educators, and build relationships within our local schools.

SERVE WITH HAND2HAND

As a member of the Hand2Hand team, you will have the opportunity to pick up food, pack food, or deliver food directly into students' lockers while building relationships with and encouraging the teachers and staff at Godfrey Lee School.

You can make a difference in a student's week through something as simple as food, encouragement, and showing up.

Meeting Families in Crisis with Practical Help and the Love of Jesus

Daybreak plants seeds of positive change in our neighborhood by combining resources and meaningful action to meet the needs of kids and families in crisis.

Care Portal creates opportunities for Daybreak to be at the point of contact when children and families are experiencing crisis. Requests come from child-serving professionals who have vetted the need.

Daybreakers then have the opportunity to respond with practical resources, prayer, encouragement, and personal support.

Every request represents at least one caseworker, one child, and one family—and an opportunity for our church to demonstrate the love of Jesus in a tangible way.

People Respond
Individuals and church resources come together to meet the tangible need.

What begins with a practical need can become an opportunity for prayer, encouragement, relationship, and the love of Jesus.

Sometimes families in our own community experience unexpected circumstances that create needs they cannot meet on their own.

Through benevolence and family support, Daybreak comes alongside people experiencing hardship with practical assistance, compassion, prayer, and care.

Our goal isn't simply to meet a need. It is to help people experience the love of Jesus in a difficult season.
